Regular practice can help reduce stress, improve mobility, calm the nervous system, support healthy digestion and sleep, and create a deeper connection between mind and body.

Whether you are new to yoga or have practiced for years, yoga can be a valuable tool for supporting your overall health and well being. Below you will find free yoga resources, recommended practice sequences, and information about local classes in the Yosemite area. If you would like personalized guidance, I also offer private yoga instruction tailored to your individual needs, goals, experience level, and schedule.

Private Yoga Instruction

$100/session

Before we meet, I will communicate with you to find out what you hope to get from your practice, how much time you would like to devote to practice and at what time you anticipate practicing in the day. If you have come to see me for an Ayurvedic consultation, I will already have an understanding of your needs. When we meet, I will have an individualized practice prepared for you in writing, which will be yours to take home. We will go through the practice at a slow pace with plenty of time for questions and answers.
